  • After Shipment:

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (as per our Return Policy).

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
  • Any applicable transaction fees or additional charges (if any) will be deducted.

3. Order Cancellation by Jagdamba Traiders

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Payment Issues: If the payment was not successfully processed.
  • Incorrect Information: If the order contains incomplete or incorrect details.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders for the following items cannot be canceled:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

5. Modifying an Order

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change product, size, or delivery address):

  • Modifications are only allowed before the order is shipped.
